About Us
OUR VISSION
Zindagii is a Hindi word which means “life” or “existence”. In fact, it is a celebration of life, existence and hopes for a better world. The purpose of Zindagi Arts is to bring about change in society by promoting art as a medium for social messages. We believe that once people see how art can bring about the progressive change they will make it a part of their daily lives.
We have designed workshops, stage plays, mimes, street plays and body installations in Delhi and other parts of NCR as well as Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. We also conduct flash mobs to sensitize people on various issues including women empowerment, sanitation, gender inequality and road safety in Delhi NCR or Orissa. We also help create opportunities for artists to make a living from their craft.
Zindagii has carved a niche and established itself as one of the most prominent youth-led movements for societal change. Born out of a passion for the theatre, Zindagii has successfully touched more than one lakh lives since its inception in 2013.
In the quest of reaching more lives, we have been working with various schools, NGOs, and industry giants like HCL and Hero MotoCorp Ltd. In collaboration with Vedanta Group, Emaar India, and Tata Reality, Zindagii Arts has conducted successful initiatives for a safe work environment in domains like general safety, height and electrical safety.

‘Art for Change’ is the founding principle of Team Zindagii.
Our mission is to create a space where experimentation, storytelling, and creativity can be used together to make a difference in the world. By allowing audiences to empathically connect with our stories, we seek to transform knowledge into action in order to create an inclusive world.
OUR TEAM
Ravi Kumar Bhadoria
Co-Founder
Ravi is an avid theatre lover and co-founder of the Web Maska film production company. Passionate about the power of theatre to bring huge transformations and breakthroughs in society, he believes that through art, obsolete and orthodox ways can be challenged and changed. This drive led him to quit his job and pursue theatre as a full-time mission, where he uses his expertise as a Casting Director in Films, Ads and Theatre Plays to introduce new talent to the art of acting. In addition, Ravi works to raise social awareness and understanding of topics that are too often considered taboo or ignored in our society, using theatre as a tool to open the conversation and help drive social change.
Tushar Vashishta
Co-FOunder
Tushar Vashishta is a filmmaker and co-founder of Ambidextr Studios who has made a career out of creating powerful visual stories that capture the truth about social awareness. After working in corporate finance, theatre helped him to realize his dream of pursuing a fulltime film career, and from there he went on to found Web Maska Advertising and Ambidextr Studios, which has produced works featured in festivals worldwide. Tushar is passionate about using art to develop creative and innovative problem-solving techniques to bring positive change to the world. He is dedicated to using his filmmaking skills to tell stories with social awarness that make an impact.
